What do I need?
Your phone number, your Ghana Card, a selfie and a six-digit passcode. It takes about five minutes.
When does my card arrive?
Your virtual card is ready as soon as your account opens. The physical card follows in 14 to 21 working days.
Who can I pay?
Anyone with a bank account or MoMo wallet in Ghana, by name, @tag, phone number or account number. You see the registered name before you send.
Can I take a payment back?
Yes, within 10 seconds of sending. After that, you see each step with the time, until it lands.
How do I check a receipt?
Scan the QR code on it with your phone camera, or type the reference at arrio.money/check.
Which bills can I pay?
ECG prepaid, Ghana Water, airtime and data. More on bills.
Can I share an account?
Yes. A joint account has its own number, and you each get a card.
How do I reach arrio?
Once you’re in, chat from Help in the app. A person from arrio reads every message and replies there.
